CDP offers awesome private camps. Private camps give you the opportunity to pick your location and dates for your summer camp. We provide you with the same program as a residential or commuter camp or we will build a specialized program to fit your specific needs. Private camps can be scheduled year round.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Registration
CDP Camps are open to Elementary, Junior High, Senior High and College Teams or individuals. Participants should fill out the registration form and return it BY JUNE 10th. Full payment, or a non-refundable deposit of $40.00 per person, MUST be enclosed.
Payment Policy
Payment will be accepted only in one of the following forms: School Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Booster Club Check OR Mastercard/Visa. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
If a student is unable to attend camp for any reason, deposits will not be refunded or transferred to another student. Any balance will be due three (3) weeks prior to your camp date. Camp fees are NOT refundable if a participant must leave camp early for any reason. Upon receipt of your registration form, complete camp instructions will be mailed to the designated contact person on the registration form.
Directors
Please note that each resident team of 6 or more students and all elementary teams MUST have an adult accompany them for the FULL WEEK as a resident. Although we encourage all directors to attend camp, this adult may be a parent or another school representative. Groups of 6 or more that are unable to provide an adult chaperone should arrange a camp-provided counselor ($120).
Primary groups must have adult charperones at all times during camp.
Insurance
All participants are responsible for medical expenses resulting from illness and/or injury at camp. |
